Kishi (The Back-Faced Hunter)
📖 KISHI – The Two-Faced Demon of Angola
🔥 Would you trust a stranger with a perfect smile?
What if his face looked like royalty, his voice smooth as silk, and his gaze made your heart race?
But what if behind that charming face… hid the blood-soaked jaws of a hyena?
---Kishi (The Back-Faced Hunter)
🩸 Who is Kishi?
Kishi is one of the most terrifying hunters in African folklore.
-
In front – a beautiful man – charming, elegant, with a hypnotic voice that draws women in.
-
In back – a savage hyena’s face, with razor-sharp teeth and a deadly bite that kills in a single snap.
He’s been roaming the Earth for over 600 years, doing the same thing—
seducing women, marrying them… and devouring them alone.
---Kishi (The Back-Faced Hunter)
🕯️ How is Kishi born?
Ancient books say:
When a woman dies from pain, violence, or betrayal… and her soul merges with the blood of a hyena…
Kishi is born—an eternal predator driven by hunger, beauty, and deceit.
---Kishi (The Back-Faced Hunter)
🩸 What does he look like?
-
From the front: A stunning man with long hair and a gentle demeanor.
-
From the back: A hyena’s face hidden beneath his hair, grinning and dripping with hunger.
-
His eyes have the power to hypnotize – no woman escapes.
-
His first bite is always fatal.
---Kishi (The Back-Faced Hunter)
🕳️ Why are the stories about him so terrifying?
-
In the Angolan village of Kisondo, young women started disappearing one by one.
-
A few returned… but were driven mad forever.
-
They screamed things like:
"He ate me… then threw me back…"
-
Those who tried to look at his back…
lost their eyes… or had the flesh ripped off their spines.
---Kishi (The Back-Faced Hunter)
🔥 What makes Kishi so dangerous?
✅ He uses beauty as bait.
✅ He can marry a woman, then devour her on their wedding night.
✅ His children are sometimes born with a face on the back of their heads.
✅ He can only be defeated by fire or direct weapons –
but killing him is nearly impossible.
---Kishi (The Back-Faced Hunter)
🩸 Why should you read this story?
This isn’t just a scary tale—
it’s a warning:
Sometimes, behind beauty, hides death.
Kishi isn’t just a monster—he is desire, deception, and dread made flesh.

KISHI
(A handsome man in the front… a bloodthirsty hyena at the back…)
🩸 PART 1: The Hunter’s Smile
When: The year 1789, in the northern region of Angola, in a village called Kisondo
Where: On a cursed land known as Mbolo—feared by all, avoided by most.
🔥 Prologue
“He was too handsome… so handsome that my sister whispered,
‘Mom, he’s not a man… he’s a dream.’
But my mother warned,
‘If a face is too perfect—never forget to see his back.’
And she was right.”
🕯️ Chapter 1: The Man Who Arrived at Sunset
Every evening, a young man entered Kisondo village.
Tall, long hair, charming smile, velvet voice.
He introduced himself as Lokela.
He sang, he traded, he smiled. Women adored him.
But with his arrival, darkness followed.
-
Goats vanished at night.
-
Blood seeped from the village well.
-
And five young women disappeared in just three weeks.
🩸 Chapter 2: The Hidden Back
No one had ever seen Lokela’s back.
One bold child tried to touch it once—Lokela screamed and shoved him away.
The next morning, the boy was gone.
His mutilated remains were found a week later—half-eaten by some wild beast.
🕳️ Chapter 3: The Old Book
The village priest, Mukonji, opened a chapter from an old family book known as “The Pages That Never Burned.”
“If a man’s face is too beautiful and he hides his back—know that he is a Kishi.
Human in front, hyena behind.
He seduces women, isolates them… then devours them.
His first bite is always fatal.”
🔥 Chapter 4: The Wedding of Death
Lokela chose the most beautiful girl in the village—Nayela—as his bride.
On the wedding night, her mother saw him tucking something into his hair.
By morning, Nayela was gone.
Her mother lost her mind. She ran through the village naked, screaming:
"He had another face… on the back of his head… a hyena! He ate my daughter…"
🕯️ Chapter 5: The Trap of the Beast
Only women disappeared. Those who survived… went insane.
One girl, Kelu, spoke:
“He touched me… it felt like fire in my skin.
Then he said, ‘You are mine now.’
I ran.
And I saw… his hair fell aside—
a grinning hyena face was hidden behind…”
After that, Kelu never spoke again.
She only drew pictures of hyenas on the walls.
🧠 End of Part 1:
Mukonji followed Lokela one night into the jungle.
He reached a cave. Inside… Lokela was gone.
In his place stood a monstrous beast—
A hyena in human clothes, blood on its jaws, chewing raw flesh.
🔴 PART 2: The Death Behind the Smile
🩸 Chapter 6: The Birth of the Kishi
From the book:
"A Kishi is born when a cursed female soul, filled with rage from a violent or unjust death, merges with the blood of a hyena.
This spirit cannot enter the afterlife—it walks the earth, hungry.
It only feeds on women, seduction its trap, beauty its disguise."
He has walked this earth for over 600 years.
🔥 Chapter 7: Voices of the Damned
🩸 Testimony 1: Kelu’s Sister
“My sister fell in love with Lokela.
Three days later, she came back.
There were claw marks on her back.
She screamed in her sleep:
‘He ate me… and then brought me back…’”
🩸 Testimony 2: Mukonji’s Son
“My son tried to look at Kishi’s back.
Next morning, his eyes were torn out.
His back… was completely devoured.”
🕯️ Chapter 8: Blood Returns to the Village
Mukonji gathered the villagers.
They planned to burn the cave down.
But when they arrived…
The entire village was empty.
Doors broken.
Blood on the walls.
And written in bones, one word over and over:
"KISHI... KISHI... KISHI..."
🕳️ Final Chapter: Still Among Us
Year: 2025. Southern Angola.
A woman called the police. Her husband—whom she met online—never showed his back.
When officers arrived at their home…
They found walls decorated with human bones.
And in one corner…
A baby with a face… on the back of its head… sat alive and smiling.
🩸 Final Lines:
"Kishi is not a creature. He is hunger.
The hunger that hides behind a perfect face.
And if you ever fall in love with a stranger—
make sure you see their back…
Because it might not be a man…
It might be… KISHI."
