Near Ranchi, in the dense forests of Jharkhand, there was a small tribal village called Thakurgaon. Hidden deep within, lived a secluded family – seven brothers and their only sister – Bindu.
Bindu was a divine child. She could speak with plants, her breath could make flowers bloom, and her eyes reflected your very soul. But the village elders believed she was the incarnation of Goddess Kali herself.
One day, the village’s tantric priest – Bhairavnath – made a dreadful prophecy:
“When Bindu turns 16, her blood will awaken the spirit of Kaal-Tal… and this land will turn into hell.”
The brothers heard this… and then… a decision was made.
⚔️ Sacrifice or Sin?
On a dark night of the new moon, when lamps were out and the forest was crying, the seven brothers carried Bindu deep into a hidden cave.
She cried,
“Brothers… what have I done? Why are you tying me up?”
But no one answered.
Bhairavnath sat by the fire, with a black ritual symbol drawn on the ground.
“If Bindu is carved alive and her blood is offered to the idol of Kaal-Tal, the family curse will be broken… and you will receive immortality.”
Bheema made the first cut… Bablu pulled out her heart… Chetan sliced out her eyes…
Bindu’s screams shook the rocks.
Her last words were:
“You burned my soul alive… now my shadow will burn your lineage… I will never rest… never…”

The very next morning, Bhairavnath’s eyes burst from their sockets, and he died smashing into walls.
The soil turned black.
Raghav, one of the brothers, began attacking his own shadow and lost his mind.
When the villagers peeked into the cave…
Bindu’s body was gone.
On the walls, written in blood, were the words:
“I will return… and I will take your name, your body, your soul…”

He tried to seal Bindu with the Third Eye mantra.
But Bindu had become more than just a spirit:

He sacrificed himself, using the blood of purity to trap her inside the ritual symbol.
Bindu… her demonic form Kaal-Maaya… and her maidens… were all sealed into that ancient symbol.
Buried in the very cave she was once slaughtered.
