**Part 1: The Seed**

### ⛺ Village of “Santes” — where evil lingered in the air.
Something was wrong with the soil in this village.
A **dry, crumbling place**, surrounded by thorny shrubs and old tile-roof houses. The village elders used to say:
> “There’s something buried beneath this land… something that never dies.”
#### One October night,
two brothers, **Pedro** and **Ruben**, woke up to **a foul, decaying stench** coming from an old shack near the village boundary.
When they went inside, they saw a **man** — his skin was **rotting**, his face bloated, eyes yellow\... but he was alive.
He whispered:
> "**Don’t kill me… or it will be born…**"

They called the **village's old mystic woman, Serafina**.

They try to escape the village with their children.

At every turn, they see **familiar faces now hollow, rotting from the inside.**
The children whisper:

Pedro’s wife was sitting with their daughter’s corpse, singing a lullaby.
Ruben’s eyes were bleeding.
That night, from the fields nearby, they heard a **crawling, inhuman scream** —

Serafina gave them a final warning:

And when Pedro turned around…
Ruben was **no longer Ruben**.
