The rain was falling so hard it felt like the entire city was about to drown.

People called it “Black House.”
But its real name was something else—
Hillcroft Estate.
Once, it was home to the world’s greatest horror writer.
A man whose stories turned into blockbuster horror films.
People screamed inside theaters… fainted during screenings… and some even took their own lives after watching his movies.
That writer’s name was—
Adrian Velcroft.
He was a man who always believed in doing things differently.
He believed that if you truly wanted success in life, you should never wait for the perfect moment.
Start as early as possible… and never stop until you achieve your goal.

Adrian wrote many stories.

One day, a powerful film producer visited Adrian and said:
“Adrian… I’ve earned enough money in my life. But I still haven’t reached the level of fame I deserve. I want you to write one final horror film for me… something so terrifying that people will never forget it.”
“I want the world to believe that no studio can create horror better than Magma Film Studio.”
“You can ask for anything. Any amount of money.”
Adrian agreed.
To write the story, he disappeared from the city and isolated himself from the world.
He traveled to a remote corner of the country—
a place where nobody had ever survived even a single night.
And those who stayed there…
were found dead the next morning.
Their bodies looked as if they had been torn apart by some wild creature.
Two years later, Adrian returned.
And together with the producer, he created a film so horrifying…
that even members of the production team refused to watch certain scenes.
His most famous film was—

Noah immediately switched the radio off.
“It’s probably just signal interference,” he said with a nervous laugh.
But Lina’s face had already turned pale.
Because she had heard that exact voice before.
In her dreams.
The car finally stopped in front of the mansion.
The massive iron gate was half open.
As if…
someone had been waiting for them.
Black mold covered the walls of the house.
The windows were sealed shut from the inside.
But the strangest thing was—
the entire mansion felt alive.
The walls pulsed softly.
Like the body of a giant creature.
Alice turned on the camera.
REC.
The red recording light appeared.
“Documentary Log. Day One,” Ryan spoke into the camera.
“We are standing outside Adrian Velcroft’s house. If the rumors are true… tonight we may finally solve the world’s greatest horror mystery.”
Then suddenly—
someone appeared in the second-floor window.
Only for a second.
A tall man dressed in black.
His face…
completely rotten.
Alice screamed.
The camera shook violently.
But when everyone looked up—
the figure was gone.
Then—
the mansion door slowly opened by itself.
Creeeeak…
Inside was complete darkness.
And from that darkness came a horrible smell.

“What… what is that smell?”
No one answered.
Old papers were scattered across the floor.

As if someone had just stood up from it.
Lina picked up a torn page from the floor.
Only one sentence was written on it—
“While writing stories…
I opened the door.”
Below the sentence was a strange mark drawn in blood.
And at that exact moment—
heavy footsteps echoed from upstairs.
THUD…
THUD…
THUD…
Something was slowly walking down the staircase.
But nobody could be seen.
Alice pointed the camera upward.
The staircase was completely dark.
Then suddenly—
a face appeared on the camera screen.
Rotten.
Skin hanging from the flesh.
Eyes completely black.
And a horrifying smile.
It was the face of—
Adrian Velcroft.
But the real horror had only just begun.
Because one second later…
a voice came directly from the camera.
“You came too late…”
The REC light shut off by itself.
And the entire house was swallowed by darkness.
