🩸 Devil Bible – The Book of the Devil That Reading It Means Inviting Death 🩸
Have you ever heard of a book so terrifying, so enormous, that no human could possibly write it?
A book bound in thick, leathery vellum, filled with ink made of blood, dark spells, and secrets from Hell itself?
This is the Devil Bible — a manuscript said to be written in a single night, not by a man…
but by the Devil himself.

PART 1 – The Devil’s Pact
In the year 1229, in a remote monastery in Bohemia, a young monk named Herman is sentenced to a gruesome punishment — to be sealed alive within the monastery walls for his sins.
But before his death, Herman makes an offer: to write the greatest book in history in just one single night, a book containing all knowledge, science, scripture, and sorcery.
As the night deepens, Herman realizes the task is beyond human limits.
Then comes a knock from the shadows… and the Devil appears, with burning red eyes.
He says: “Give me your soul, and I will complete your book. But I will live inside it…”
By morning, the book is finished. And on one chilling page—a lifelike drawing of the Devil, whose eyes seem to follow you…

PART 2 – The Darkness Emerging from the Pages
Strange things begin happening at the monastery the next morning.
A rotting smell fills the room, the letters on the pages begin to move, and anyone who touches the book disappears.
As night falls, a deep cold invades the monastery.
At midnight, the book opens on its own, and the Devil’s painted eyes begin to glow blood-red.
Shadows of long-dead monks crawl out of the walls, and from the black smoke rising out of the book, the Devil takes physical form.
He growls:
“Now it’s your turn… to enter my book.”
Herman tries to escape, but black claws from the pages grab his throat.
By dawn, the monastery is silent.
Only the book remains on the table —
and on its leather cover, a new face appears: Herman’s, eyes wide open, lips parted in a silent scream…
And the Devil’s smile?
Wider than ever.

Part 1 – The Devil’s Pact
Year 1229. A remote mountainous region in Bohemia.
The sky was buried beneath thick, heavy clouds, as if an invisible hand had smothered the sun itself. In the heart of the valley, perched atop a jagged cliff, stood the Monastery of Podlažice. Thick stone walls, damp seeping through ancient brick, and the ever-present chill in the air—here, monks spent every moment in relentless worship of God.
But on that night, the monastery’s bell rang with an eerie tone.
A young monk named Herman had been summoned to the great hall.
His face was soaked in sweat, and terror clung to his eyes.
A Grave Sin
The abbot spoke with a cold, emotionless voice:
“Herman, you have broken sacred laws... and not just the laws of this monastery—you have betrayed God Himself. Your sin is so great, no forgiveness can be offered.”
Herman whispered, barely able to speak:
“What punishment awaits me, Father?”
The abbot declared like a final verdict:
“You shall be sealed alive within the walls. No sound. No light. No breath. You will die alone in darkness… and your soul shall wander forever.”
The hall fell silent. Monks crossed themselves. Herman’s knees trembled.
An Impossible Offer
“I beg you… grant me one chance!” Herman fell to his knees, his voice cracked.
“Let me prove my worth! I will create something so magnificent, the world will speak of this monastery for centuries. I will write a book—in a single night! A book that holds all human knowledge, sacred texts, wisdom, and power… unlike anything ever written!”
The monks murmured. The abbot narrowed his eyes.
“One night? That is impossible. But… if by sunrise the book is not complete, you will face your fate.”
The decision was made. The candles were snuffed out.
The Beginning of the Night
Herman was locked inside the monastery’s coldest, deepest cell.
Before him lay a long wooden table, ink, a quill, and dozens of sheets made from donkey skin—vellum.
In the first hour, he prayed.
In the second, he began to write.
By the third hour, his hand was numb and his vision blurred.
The pages were massive. Writing in such size was like carving into stone. And slowly, Herman realized—this task was beyond human ability.
The Arrival of Darkness
The flame of the candle flickered suddenly, as though a breath had passed over it.
A whisper slithered into his ears:
“You cannot do this alone…”
Herman spun around—nothing.
But then the voice grew clearer, as if someone whispered directly into his ear:
“I can help you… If you give me what I ask.”
Herman’s heartbeat quickened.
“Who… who are you?”
The candle went out.
From the shadows, two glowing red eyes emerged. Behind them, a massive shape—horns, leathery wings, and a face that was neither beast nor man.
“They call me many names. But for you… I am the one who can save you.”
Herman’s breath caught in his throat.
“What do you want?” he whispered.
“Your soul. In return… the book will be written. Tonight. But… I will be within it.”
The Pact
Herman, hands trembling, reached out.
A cold, clawed hand gripped his. Pain shot through his fingers like fire. His skin felt scorched.
And then—the miracle began.
The quill moved on its own.
Words, illustrations, symbols poured onto the pages.
His blood dripped onto the parchment—becoming ink.
Holy scripture, healing texts, astronomy, magical formulas… page after page was filled.
And at last—a page… just for the Devil’s portrait.
The Devil’s Image
The being stood before him.
Herman drew it just as he saw it: horns, claws, a burnt grin, and eyes that pierced into the soul.
The image was horrifying.
Anyone who gazed upon it could not look away.
And the longer one stared… the harder it became to breathe.
By dawn’s first light, the massive book lay complete.
The abbot gasped.
“This… is not possible…”
But the book breathed cold.
And the ink… still pulsed slowly, like it had a life of its own.

Part 2 – The Darkness Emerging from the Pages
The cold morning light spread across the monastery stones,
but the air felt… different.
As if the sun itself had pulled back its warmth.
The head abbot and the other monks had surrounded the book that lay before Herman.
The thick vellum pages, made from donkey hide, seemed to breathe softly in the golden light.
A faint mist rose from each page — as if it were coming off a living creature.
The First Sign
When the old monk, Father Milan, turned the first page, a strange odor spread through the room —
rotting flesh and rusty iron.
The letters on the page appeared to move, slowly crawling like insects.
“It’s… it’s alive…” he muttered under his breath.
Suddenly, a candle snuffed itself out.
And at that very moment, a scraping sound echoed from the darkest corner of the cell…
grrr… khrrr…
The Disappearance of the Monks
By noon, the atmosphere in the monastery had changed.
Two young monks, who had attempted to carry the book to the library, never returned.
When a search was conducted, all that was found in the old cellar were their shoes,
blood stains, and a half-open page…
on which a single word had been scratched by fingernails:
“Infernus” (Hell).
The Curse of Night
That night, the monastery bell began ringing on its own.
No monk was pulling the rope, yet a deep, grating chime echoed through the valley.
With every passing hour, the cold deepened.
Herman lay in his cell, but each time he shut his eyes,
he saw those same red eyes from that night.
And every time, the voice returned:
“The pact is fulfilled, Herman… now it’s my turn…”
The Book Opens
At midnight, inside the monastery’s main hall,
the book suddenly opened by itself.
Its pages began to flip rapidly — as though an invisible hand was reading through them.
Then it stopped —
on the page with the Devil’s portrait.
The eyes in the image began to glow red.
The air in the room turned heavy,
as if the walls were closing in.
And then —
a wicked smile stretched across the image’s lips.
The Return of the Dead Souls
A gust of freezing wind burst into the hall,
and the doors slammed shut on their own.
One by one, the candles flared and died.
In the darkness, shadows of long-dead monks began to crawl out of the walls —
their eyes hollow,
faces stained with black,
and from their mouths came only a whisper:
“We gave him away… now he will take us…”
One by one, the ghostly figures began approaching Herman.
The Arrival of the Devil
Black smoke began to pour out from the book.
It crept across the stone floor, twisting and rising to form
a giant, deformed body —
the same form Herman had seen that terrible night.
As the wings unfurled, the entire chamber shook violently.
Cracks split across the ancient stones.
The Devil’s voice thundered:
“You called me… and now I am here.
I am the master of this monastery, of its souls… and of this book.”
His gaze turned to Herman.
“Come now… it’s your turn… to enter my book.”
The Final Scream
Herman ran.
But the floor beneath him crumbled.
He was pulled straight toward the pages of the book.
He reached for the wall, but black claws erupted from the parchment and wrapped around his throat.
In his final moment, Herman looked toward the other monks —
their eyes were empty,
as though their souls were already trapped inside the book.
Herman’s scream echoed through the monastery…
And then — silence.
The Curse of the End
At dawn, the monastery doors were found wide open.
Inside, not a single monk remained.
Only the massive book lay closed upon the table.
But if one were to look closely…
a new face had appeared on the cover —
Herman’s face,
eyes wide open,
mouth frozen in a silent plea for help.
And on the page with the Devil’s image —
his smile had grown even wider…
