## **PART 1: The Scent of Blood**

**Montana, United States – 1875**

In the Red Tail Valley, the air reeked of dust and ash. This was once a land where herds of bison thundered across the plains—until their hides burned in the fire of white traders' greed.

But tonight, something else lingered in the air—something not born of man. A shadow that walked only at night.

**Among the sound of hoofbeats, a name was whispered: “He’s returned.”**

They called him *O-Kona*—half man, half ghost—an *Indigenous vampire* who drank blood only for justice.

---

### **The Gods Will Remember**

Once, O-Kona had been human—a young hunter. His family was burned alive by white settlers who wanted their land. Their screams still echoed through the woods.

Then came an old shaman—*Hatavi*—who called him back from the edge of death. But he did not return as a man.

Hatavi said, “Your blood is no longer blood—it is vengeance.”

And that night, for the first time, O-Kona held the head of a white hunter in his hands—dripping with blood.

---

### **The Weather Was Changing**

In that cold night of 1875, a new family had moved into the valley: *Charles Weber*, his wife *Eileen*, and their daughter *Margaret*.

They had purchased the land where O-Kona’s mother’s grave once lay.

The townsfolk warned, “Shadows walk on that land.”

But Charles laughed: “Those stories are for children.”

---

### **The First Sign**

That night, when Margaret looked out the window, she saw a black figure standing in the field. Its eyes were glowing, and behind it trailed a thin line of blood.

She turned to her mother and whispered,

“He’s watching me.”

### **The Mystery Begins to Unfold**

Charles called in an old hunter—*Daniel Cross*—who claimed he had seen O-Kona once before.

“He only strikes those whose hands carry the scent of injustice,” Daniel said.

Charles chuckled, “If he sees me, he’ll run in fear.”

But that night, Eileen’s screams pierced the fields.

When the others arrived, her body lay headless—yet no blood had spilled.

It was O-Kona’s mark—"Your heart now speaks on my tongue."

---

### **Not the End—Only the Beginning**

Fear now lived in the Weber household.

Margaret no longer spoke. She only stared out the window.

Charles’s eyes were restless.

And the valley nights?

They were no longer silent.

They were thirsty.

**[End of Part 1 – Part 2 ]**

Are you ready for Part 2?

**Title: "The Night Before the Hunt"**

**Parts 1 & 2**

**Written in a vivid, human-like horror style**

---

## **Part 1: The Scent of Blood**

**Montana, USA – 1875**

There was dust and ash in the air over Red Tail Valley. Once, bison herds thundered across this land. Now, a different presence haunted it—something not quite human, something thirsty.

His name was **O'qona**—half-man, half-ghost. An Indigenous vampire, reborn not for survival, but for justice.

---

### **The Gods Will Remember**

O'qona had once been a young hunter. Settlers came for the land and burned his family alive. Their screams still echoed in the trees.

That night, an old shaman named *Hatavi* pulled him back from death’s door.

"Your blood is no longer blood," Hatavi said. "It is vengeance."

That same night, O'qona held his first kill—a white settler’s head, still warm, dripping with blood.

### **The Webers**

In 1875, a new family moved into the valley—**Charles Weber**, his wife **Eileen**, and daughter **Margaret**.

They bought the land that had once held the grave of O'qona’s mother.

Locals warned, “Shadows still walk that land.”

Charles laughed: “Old stories don’t scare me.”

---

### **The First Sign**

One night, young Margaret looked out the window and saw a dark figure standing in the fields. His eyes glowed, and a thin trail of blood followed behind him.

She whispered to her mother:

**“He’s looking at me.”**

---

### **The Truth Begins to Unfold**

Charles called an old hunter, *Daniel Cross*, who claimed he’d once seen O'qona.

“He only hunts those who carry the stink of wrongdoing,” Daniel said.

Charles smirked. “If he sees me, he’ll be the one running.”

But that night, Eileen’s scream pierced the valley.

Her body was found, split at the waist—with not a drop of blood.

O'qona’s signature: **"Your heart is now my voice."**

---

### **Not the End — But the Beginning**

Margaret stopped speaking.

Charles had terror in his eyes.

And the valley nights were no longer quiet—

They were hungry.

---

## **Part 2: Justice of the Shadow**

---

### **Forbidden Blood**

Three nights later, Weber’s home was a fortress. Iron bars on windows. Rifles by doors. Charles locked himself inside with whiskey and shaking hands.

Outside, something breathed in the dark—a stench like charred flesh and old blood.

---

### **Margaret’s Eyes**

She still didn’t speak, but she wrote—on tree bark, in dust, on the walls.

One name, over and over:

**O'qona**

“He doesn’t come in dreams anymore,” she whispered once.

**“He’s in my eyes now.”**

---

### **Daniel Cross’s Real Story**

Daniel wasn’t just a witness—he was part of the group that had slaughtered O'qona’s tribe.

That night, while walking back alone, a shape emerged from the mist.

**“You sold my name. Now you’ll speak with my tongue.”**

The next morning, Daniel’s head was found hanging at Weber’s gate.

His mouth stretched unnaturally wide.

His eyes hollow.

---

### **O’qona’s True Past**

*Tekua*, grandson of the shaman Hatavi, found Margaret and told her everything.

> “They killed his sister. Buried her alive. He begged. He wept. But their hearts were stone.”

> “That night, he died as a man. And rose as justice.”

---

### **The Confrontation**

Charles, now mad, grabbed his rifle and walked out into the fields.

“Come out, demon!” he roared.

O’qona appeared. Skin dark as coal. Eyes like burning embers.

**“You are not prey,” he said. “You are a debt.”**

Charles fired—click. No bullet.

O’qona placed his hand on Charles’s chest.

**“I will not kill you. I will show you what you buried.”**

---

### **Final Scene: Curse or Memory?**

By morning, Charles was found alive—but blind and mute.

In his hands was Margaret’s last poem:

> **“When justice becomes the beast,

> Men become monsters, and monsters—gods.

> O’qona sleeps now.

> But his thirst… remains.”**

---

## **The End**

Red Tail Valley is quiet again.

But those who listen closely say—

**If something calls your name at night… don’t look back.

O’qona doesn’t kill.

He judges.

And his justice… always hurts.**
